In the spirit of “better late than never” I wanted to share this Ministry of Transportation website I use to help my twice weekly commute from Southern Georgian Bay to Toronto. It is invaluable. It shows road and visibility conditions, tracks plows and has tonnes of cameras so you can actually see for your self what the roads are like. During the winter and especially during storms I ALWAYS, check/use this site to help me get home safely.
